POLICIES AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Following a reservation, you will receive by mail, fax or email, a letter of confirmation, directions to the bed and breakfasts, a lock box code, lock box instructions, an informational sheet on the B&B you chose and a list of extras.

We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa & American Express.

Where applicable, there is a $50.00 + tax charge per additional person per night.

Two-Night Minimum on the weekends.

To respect your privacy there are no telephones or televisions.

No children, no pets, no smoking.

Any and all special dietary needs will be your responsibility.

Use of candles is prohibited.

You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card. All credit cards are run two weeks before your check-in date. If you cancel prior to one week before check-in, your credit card will be charged $50.00 for the cancellation. No exceptions.

A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made for failure to comply. In other words, if you cancel at anytime in the week prior to the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged full price unless we are able to rebook your reservation dates.
